We are a group of women working in a variety of natural resource fields who come together monthly to connect, support, and empower. Our vision is to create a space where accomplishments are celebrated and difficulties are topics for enlivened, functional discussion. We end every gathering with the opportunity to celebrate "wins"- both in and out of the workplace.

We are constantly striving to learn from each others' strengths. Past events have included; presentations on communication skills, hikes, educational tours on individuals' specializations, and holiday wreath-making.
